Popular artistes, BNXN and Ruger, who are known to frequently bicker on Twitter over music-related matters, descended into the political arena on Wednesday night.
It started when Ruger, whose real name is Michael Olayinka, put out a tweet.

Recall that Asiwaju is the traditional title of the presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Tinubu is one of the leading candidates for the February 25, 2023, presidential election, alongside Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi of Labour Party (LP) and Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).
In a response to Ruger’s tweet, BNXN said that Obi would beat Asiwaju.’
