He appointed Hafsat Abiola-Costello, daughter of the late Bashorun MKO Abiola, as the Director-General of his campaign organisation.

The aspirant also appointed Senator Jonathan Silas Zwingina as the National Coordinator and Chairman of the presidential campaign and a former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode as the Deputy National Coordinator and Deputy Chairman.

Reacting, Sowore described Bello as a “failed state governor” who has no business vying for the presidency.

The Publisher of Sahara Reporters equally carpeted Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele over his rumoured interest in the 2023 presidency.

Sharing photos of Bello’s declaration venue and Emefiele’s supposed campaign vehicles and poster, Sowore said, “These criminal elements are also asking to become Nigeria’s President.

“This is the highest level of insult on Nigerians. Imagine Godwin Emefiele using Central Bank of Nigeria money to fuel his ambition while a failed state Governor,@Yahaya Bello, a well known thief and plunderer of Kogi state treasury also wanna be president of Nigeria!” he wrote.
