Jonathan’s Aide Mocks 2016 #BudgetOfCorruption

The 2016 Appropriation Bill termed Budget of Change by the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led Federal Government of President Muhammadu Buhari has continued to receive more knocks.

Special Assistant on New Media to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri also joined the conversation, lampooning an explanation by the Federal Ministry of Education that N10 billion found its way into its proposed expenditure estimates as a result of “typographical error”.

In a tweet on his verified Twitter handle, Omokri stated:  “It is better not to give reasons, than to give these types of reasons.”

The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) also condemned the budget and accused the present administration of inserting spurious items into the budget in order to raise money to pay back those who allegedly sponsored the APC and President Buhari’s election.
