An Enugu based pastor has been apprehended by officers of the Nigerian Police Force after he reportedly impregnated 20 ladies in his church, using “Holy Ghost” as his excuse.

The man, Timothy Ngwu, is said to be the head pastor of the Vineyard Ministry of Holy Trinity in Enugu.

While narrating what led to the development, some church members stated that the pastor continued to claim that he was acting on the instructions of the Holy Spirit as he had been directed to impregnate as many female members as he could.

In his report, the police spokesperson in the state, Ebere Amaraizu, stated that all Pastor Timothy’s engagements with the women had been documented and he had already been charged for sexual abuse.

According to a close source, the pastor ignored the marital statuses of all his victims and worse still, he had given a directive that after delivery, the children and their mother had to stay back in the church.

While his escapades continued for a long period, things went south when the pastor impregnated his wife’s niece with the same excuse.

Apart from the 20 women he had successfully impregnated, the pastor reportedly has five wives and thirteen children.

In his statement, he mentioned that he never had sex with his wife’s niece as she claimed, and in fact, the husbands of the married women would have requested for him to sleep with their wives before he would then go ahead.
