A video has gone viral of a mother physically and verbally abusing her 7-year-old son in front of Homer Drive Elementary School’s cafeteria for misbehaving in school.
Apparently the 7-year-old boy had been misbehaving in school and his teachers had complained to his mother, but she took the parenting to a whole other level.
The unnamed woman dragged her son outside the cafeteria, began to beat him with what seemed to be a belt, screaming at him, threatening to break his f**king face, unknown to the woman, her actions were being filmed on camera.
People stood and watched as the woman physically abused her son, no one intervened.
Hannah LeTulle, Beaumont ISD spokeswoman made a statement in an email on Thursday, She said, “We are in the process of evaluating this incident to determine the next steps in consequences for the behaviors exhibited. We cannot provide personnel information due to the fact that this is an ongoing investigation.”

The situation escalated quickly as an associate judge who has seen the video ordered the both the child in the video, along with his other four siblings to be removed from the custody of the woman.
The chief prosecutor in the family law division of the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office, Randi A. King, said a hearing in one of the two family law courts will take place either November 19 or November 21 for further disposition.

The Elementary schools Principal, Dr. Belinda Richardson-George made a public announcement via her Facebook page on wednesday night, “We do not condone this type of behavior from our parents, teachers, and/or scholars. This matter is under investigation.
” The state will hold a hearing in two weeks to decide whether the mother should regain custody of her children.
