Essence has been a global sensation since its release in October 2020 and has taken both Wizkid’s and Tem’s careers to new heights since.
The song has been certified 2x platinum in the US, platinum in Canada, and gold in the UK and New Zealand. It was also grammy nominated and bagged several international awards.
