Abdullah Morsi, the youngest son of ousted President Mohammed Morsi, dies at 24. Abdullah allegedly died of a heart attack at the Oasis Hospital in Giza on Wednesday, September 4, 2019.

A Morsi family member who spoke under the condition of anonymity, confirmed Abdullah Morsi’s death to news reporters.

Abdullah Morsi was the most outspoken of Morsi’s children. He is well known for constantly criticizing the Egyptian Government

Abdullah had been imprisoned several times in the past years based on cases of allegations that he and legal observers insist were fabricated.

Abdullah was a great supporter of his father when he was alive. Days after his father’s death, Abdullah accused current and former Interior Ministers Mahmoud Tawfiq and Magdy Abdel Ghaffar, as “accomplices” in killing the “Martyr” President.

Recall Mohammed Morsi slumped at a court session, standing trial for espionage charges on June 17, 2019. This was after he suffered six years in solitary confinement in prison. Despite Mohammed Morsi suffered from ailments such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Liver and kidney disease, he was consistently denied access to medical treatment
