The Senior Special Assistant to Mr. President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Abike Dabiri-Erewa has earned herself the wrath of Nigerians on Social media following an unsavory reply to a Nigerian living abroad.
The Presidential Aide is currently trending on the social media website, Twitter, over her insulting comment directed towards the Nigerian who expressed his fears about moving back home.
The ‘bashed’ Twitter user, David Onuoha, living abroad mentioned his fears concerning the poor state of security, low wages, and poor infrastructure in the country, he further asked the Presidential Aide and the President via Twitter why he would come home.
The most unexpected however happened when the Presidential Aide, Abike Dabiri-Erewa replied him with the words “But who is asking you to come?”
Although she appropriated the reply later, Nigerians on Social media weren’t having any of it.
