Apostle Johnson Suleman, General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries has joined the list of prominent Nigerians reacting to the arrival of Chinese Doctors in Nigeria.
The Herald yesterday reported that a team of 15 Chinese Doctors arrived the country with the aim of helping Nigeria fight Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
This has generated a lot of controversy with the National Medical Association (NMA) and National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) saying the Chinese experts have no licence to practice in Nigeria, hence they will not be allowed to treat COVID-19 patients.
Nnamdi Kanu also accused the foreign doctors of making plans to test vaccines yet to be approved in China on Nigerian citizens.
It is in the same vein that Apostle Suleman lent his voice to the controversial issue. In a tweet, the clergyman wondered why the Chineses Doctors did not go to countries like US which have recorded high COVID-19 cases and death toll.
Expressing his thought on his verified Twitter Account, Apostle Suleman wrote:
“What’s this talk of Chinese doctors coming to treat people in Nigeria? Why are they not in America or Europe? The urgency is more there..I hope there is no underlying agenda..anything China does is for their profit..I just hope it’s wrong information.”
“They want to test the covid 19 vaccine in Africa…yet America and europe has thousands of death recorded. Africa has very few deaths..test it in Europe and America where there is urgency..I wonder why they always think Africans are fools..we are not testing ground.”
