Arsenal are currently negotiating a transfer deal with Lorient over a transfer deal for French U-20 star, Matteo Guendouzi.
The 19-year-old has featured about 20 times for Lorient.
Guendouzi started his footballing career at Paris Saint Germain’s Academy and later moved to Lorient were he made nine appearances for the club in 2014.
Rumours have it that the 6 ft 1 inch youngster would be moving to the Emirates in transfer deal worth £26 million.
His current team, Lorient were relegated from Ligue 1 as at the time he joined in 2014.
Arsenal appear desperate in their search for a new midfielder since missing out on signing French footballer Yacine Adli who currently plays for Paris St-Germain.
Guendouzi has said he would not decide on his future with Lorient until after the World Cup.
