Ace comedian, Bright Okpocha aka Basketmouth misses his late mother and he took to social media to mark the fourth year of her demise.
In a cryptic message he shared alongside a photo of his late mum via his Instagram page on Sunday morning, the comedian wrote: “Another year without you. Miss you mum. ❤️❤️❤️”
The Herald recalled that Basketmouth on October 4, 2016, took to the same channel to announce his mum’s death.
She had died on the night of October 3, 2016, after a brief illness, 12 days to have 60th birthday.
“Last night my angel left me, my first love stopped breathing and it’s the deepest pain I’ve ever felt.
“I love you for every sacrifice you made to make me the man I am today, I’ve loved you through the tough times.
“I’ve loved you through happier days and all I can say at this point is that I will love you forever. I will miss you mummy,” he wrote at the time.
He celebrated her 60th posthumous birthday few days later.
