Kim Oprah, a popular personality known for her appearances on Big Brother Naija and her role as a television host on HipTV’s Trendy, is demonstrating remarkable resilience after her self-funded travel show, “Keep It Moving,” was not nominated at the recently announced 10th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).
Oprah took to social media to share her honest feelings, acknowledging the significant effort that went into creating “Keep It Moving” without the backing of a sponsor. Despite the disappointment of not receiving an AMVCA nod, she delivered a powerful message of determination, vowing to “Keep Showing Up” in the face of rejection.
Took me a lot to put “Keep It Moving” travel show together with self funding and no sponsorship … I submitted my project for #AMVCA10 and didn’t get a nomination… this is ME making a promise to myself to “Keep Showing Up” despite how many times I get turned down… I hope this…
