Blackout Forced Judge To Read Ruling In Darkness

The current all-time record drop in electricity supply has continued to wreak havoc especially for the masses.

Manufacturers have cried out on the increased cost of production as the nation’s fuel pump price stands at N145.

A significant hit was also recorded in the number of startup companies which have folded up in light of the recent economic and Power sector development.

The blackout experienced in the nation has become a public eye sore as yesterday a Judge of the Lagos State High Court, Igbosere, Justice Adedayo Akintoye was forced into reading his final verdict in pitch darkness.

Recall that some weeks ago, news broke of Doctors performing a surgical procedure in darkness as their mobile phones provided the much-too-dim lightening in an effort to save an ailing patient.
