Former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olabode George has described former President Olusegun Obasanjo as his leader forever.
According to a statement by Obasanjo’s spokesman, Kehinde Akinyemi, George made this known on Sunday when he paid a “thank you” visit to Obasanjo at his resident in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Obasanjo had visited George in his Lagos residence a week before.
George equally said he had put behind him the tumultuous past between them, attributing it to the handiwork of the devil.
He said, “I have come to say thank you for visiting me last week.
“Only a few can do that, mind you . What happened between us is the handiwork of the devil and the devil has been shamed. It is a solid reunion and I am very happy about it.”
