Appeal court has affirmed Babajide Sanwo-Olu has the Governor of Lagos State, dismissing petition filed by the governorship candidates of the Labour Party (LP), Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor.
In an unanimous decision delivered on Wednesday afternoon, the three man panel led by Yargata Nimpar dismissed the appeal for lack of merit.
