Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu has emerged winner of the primary gubernatorial election conducted by All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo state.
Ize-Iyamu who scored a whopping 27,838 votes defeated Dr. Pius Odubu who had 3,776 and Osaro Obazee who got 2,751 votes.
It would be recalled that Edo state Governor Godwin Obaseki defected to PDP after he was disqualified from contesting under APC due to discrepancies in credentials.
