Buhari’s Priority Is Laughing at Cartoons- Reno Omokri

Former aide to Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has blasted President Buhari saying that he prioritizes laughing at cartoons over fixing the economy.

Omokri said this through his twitter handle in response to something aide to President Buhari, Garba Shehu had said.

Shehu had said earlier that President Buhari was not in any way connected to the imprisonment of trader Joe Chinakwe who was arrested for calling his dog Buhari.

Shehu had tweeted that the President actually has a sense of humour and even found time to laugh at cartoons especially those in which he was caricatured.

Shehu had also shut down rumours  that Buhari had taken offence at what Mr. Chinakwe had done and that such stories were ludicrous.

Mr. Chnakwe himself had said that he meant no harm by the name, intimating that he had two other dogs, one called Obama and another called Joe named after the American President and after himself respectively.

Reno Omokri clearly wasn’t seeing the lighter side of Buhari slamming the President saying, “Now you see why the economy is crashing? Amidst a N412 to $1 economy, our leader’s priority is laughing at cartoons!”
