Nigerian gospel singer Chidinma Ekile has addressed rumors of her past romantic involvements with fellow singers Flavour and Kizz Daniel. These rumors had emerged during her transition from the secular music industry to gospel music. In a recent interview on Channels TV’s ‘Rubbing Mind’, Chidinma clarified that she never dated either Flavour or Kizz Daniel, dismissing such claims as common occurrences in the entertainment industry.
When asked about navigating these rumors, Chidinma mentioned, “Well, stuff like that always happens in the music industry, I just try as much as possible to block out the noise and the distractions.”
Regarding her plans for marriage, the 32-year-old singer emphasized that she is currently single and feels no pressure to rush into settling down. She affirmed, “No pressure at all. When the time is right, marriage will happen.”
It’s worth noting that in 2020, Flavour had also debunked the dating rumors in an interview with BBC Igbo, clarifying that their relationship had always been professional.
