Many Nigerians have continued to express support for compatriot and chef, Hilda Baci, who is currently on her third day chasing the existing record for the Guinness Book of World Records’ longest cooking marathon.
The current world record for the longest cooking marathon is 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 seconds set by Chef Lata Tandon in Rewa, India in 2019.
Baci, 27, started her four-day quest to better the record on May 11 at Amore Gardens in Lekki, Lagos.
There has been an outpouring of support from fellow Nigerians on social media for the multi-talented actress, producer and chef.
Many celebrities, including Mr Macaroni, Tacha, Enioluwa and Dremo also say they are rooting for Baci.
Hilda Baci from Nigeria is currently on the quest to break the Guinness world record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual. The record to beat is held by Lata Tondon (87 hours 45 minutes)
Hilda is 45 hours gone and still counting.
