Cubana Chief Priest, the popular Nigerian club owner, was released on bail today following his court appearance in Lagos. Cubana Chief Priest, whose real name is Pascal Okechukwu, was arrested yesterday after a video surfaced online showing him spraying large amounts of money at a party.

He pleaded not guilty to charges of naira abuse during his arraignment. The court granted him bail set at ₦10 million. To be released, Cubana Chief Priest will need to find two people who work for the government in high-level positions (Grade 16 or above) to vouch for him in court.

This is in contrast to Bobrisky who was earlier arrested over the same offense and was refused bail, netizens are making complaints over the harsh unfair treatments.
