Police have arrested a man after a married woman whom he’d just had sex with slumped and died after their rigorous exercise.
The incident took place in Ogun state and speaking on it, Ogun Police spokesperson, Abimbola Oyeyemi said; “Men of Ogun State Police Command have on Wednesday the 15th of August arrested one Kelvin Micheal ‘m’ 28yrs old over the death of a 40yrs old woman Monsurat Idowu ‘f’ after a marathon sex’,”
Oyeyemi added that the hospital called after finding that the man could not sufficiently explain what happened to the married woman
“The arrest of the suspect was as a result of complaint by one Benjamin Okereke of the State hospital Ota who reported that the suspect brought the deceased to the hospital dead, and since he cannot explain the circumstance that surrounded the death of the deceased, he decided to notify the Police,” he said
Following this, the police went to the hospital and arrested the man and he was taken to the Police station for interrogation

While being interrogated about his role in the death of the married woman, the suspect explained how they met and this was narrated by Mr. Oyeyemi
“On interrogation, the suspect claimed to have met the deceased last month in a bus at Ketu, Lagos where they exchanged phone numbers, consequent upon which he invited her to the house of his friend in Ota where the deceased suddenly slumped and died shortly after they finished having sexual intercourse.” he said
The husband of the deceased, Idowu Lamidi was at a loss to explain what happened as he said he left his wife at home and that at the time she was quite well with no hint of illness or anything
The woman’s body has been deposited in the mortuary where they now await a final explanation as to what led to her death.
