Sonia Lareinaa, the estranged wife of popular Nollywood actor, IK Ogbonna has warned fans not to “push people back together”.
She stated this on InstaStories in response to a question by a fan who asked when she would resolve her differences with her ex-husband.
Sonia, 27, married IK Ogbonna in a colorful wedding ceremony in Zagreb, Croatia in 2015.
But she confirmed two months ago that the marriage had broken down irrevocably.
Responding to the fan, Sonia, who is a beauty queen, said it was better for ex-partners to wish each other happiness and peace of mind instead of being forced back together.
“Guys you really need to stop pushing people ‘back together’ how about we just wish one another happiness and peace of mind instead,” she wrote.
IK Ogbonna said earlier in the year that he was not divorced, but merely separated, from his wife.
“You are not divorced until you are divorced. So am not divorced, my wife and I, we are cool. She is back in Europe with my son and he is schooling there in Europe. My wife got her business going on and school at the same time,” he said.
