Eight Members of the Dokpesi Family Test Positive to Coronavirus

Eight Members of the Dokpesi Family including the founder of DAAR Communications, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi have tested positive to Coronavirus.

This is coming barely a week after Dokpesi Jnr tested positive to the virus and went into isolation to commence treatment.

Dokpesi Senior alongside his daughter in law as well as 6 other members of the family tested positive to Coronavirus after a test was carried out by officials of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

The affected family members were subsequently evacuated to the isolation centre at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada.

Chief Dokpesi told newsmen upon arrival at the isolation centre that he felt great and was yet to feel any of the symptoms of the disease.

Contract tracing and testing of AIT staff started after Dokpesi Jnr announced that he had tested positive to Coronavirus.

The DAAR Communications Headquarters at Asokoro Abuja was also Fumigated.
