Elozonam, a popular 37-year-old BBNaija star, recently expressed his preference for marrying someone from a village rather than in Lagos. During his appearance as a guest on the renowned “Is This Seat Taken” podcast, hosted by actress Chinasa Anukam, Elozonam openly shared his perspective on dating in Lagos and his desire to settle down in a different environment.
In his candid conversation, Elozonam described the dating scene in Lagos as a “cesspool.” He highlighted the repetitive nature of relationships within the city, where many Lagosians tend to date the same individuals. Frustrated by this pattern, Elozonam expressed his preference for venturing outside of Lagos and exploring remote villages in search of a life partner.
“Lagos is a cesspool,” Elozonam emphasized. He explained his reasoning, stating that the person you may be involved with is likely connected to someone you know, creating a complicated and interconnected web of relationships. To avoid this complexity, Elozonam jokingly shared his idea of going to a remote village to find a wife, emphasizing his desire to escape the dating culture in Lagos.
