The Costa Rica international was a loyal servant for the Spanish outfit and was there for their incredible run of 3 Champions League titles, but ever since the purchase of Thibaut Courtois. he has hardly had a sniff
Navas is displeased with the situation and bemoaned his fate recently

Sacked Real Madrid manager, Julen Lopetegui at least tried to use both keepers while he was still in charge of the team, but ever since Santiago Solari took over, Navas has been relegated to the bench and Courtois has taken center stage.
“I went from winning three Champions League titles to not playing,” he said while speaking to El Chiringuito
The last time the Costa Rican was between the sticks was October 31 in the Copa del Rey match against Melilla, where he kept a clean sheet in a 4-0 victory.
Madrid have not been in good form and Courtois has conceded 13 goals in 11 games and Madrid sit outside the Champions League places and they face Valencia this weekend hoping for a victory that’ll take them back into the top four.
In the Champions League however, they are flying as they are top of their group with 12 points
