Ex-Senate President’s Son Dies From Cold In America

Obinna, a son of late ex-President of the Senate, Dr Chuba Okadigbo, has died of cold-related illness in the United States.

The Sun reported that the incident occurred in the state of Maryland, where the 20-ish man worked and lived after schooling there.

His mother, Sen. Magery Okadigbo has reportedly travelled to the US to make arrangements for the return of his remains to Nigeria.

A former media aide to the late Senate President, Dr James Okoroma, was quoted as confirming the death, describing the deceased as “warm and personable”.

He further described his death as painful to everyone who knew him.
