The fuel scarcity has been a big issue to Nigeria and Nigerians. Long queues for fuel and fights over who buys and who doesn’t buy petrol has put the nation in a state of agitation.
While a lot has been said about what could be done to alleviate the situation, we really don’t have an idea of what caused it in the first place.
