A total of five individuals lost their lives in an accident that occurred around Iju area of Lagos today.
The deceased were said to have been the occupants of a tricycle, popularly known as Keke Napep.
While explaining the incident, some eyewitnesses mentioned that the rider of the tricycle tried to beat the oncoming train to its tracks, and cross to the other side of the road.
However, he got his timing wrong and caused the train to crush him as well as other occupants.
