Fredrik Göransson appointed new CEO of Transtronic

Dacke Industri has announced the appointment of Mr. Fredrik Göransson as the new CEO of Transtronic.

The appointment takes effect on June 1, 2023.

Founded in 1973 in Sweden, Transtronic AB develops, manufactures, markets, installs and services advanced sensors and instruments for extreme conditions within mobile applications, primarily within the rock drilling industry.

Transtronic is one of the 17 subsidiaries of Dacke Industri.

Before his appointment to head Transtronic, Göransson was at Hubbster Group AB, where he was Chief Product Officer (CPO) for all SaaS solutions and Head of Business Area Tech Tools.

He has been a Hubbster senior management team member for several years and had held management positions at, among others, Atlas Copco, a world-leading provider of industrial productivity solutions, and Vendavo, an American software company.

On his appointment to head Transtronic, Göransson said, “I would like to express my gratitude for the trust and confidence that has been placed in me, and I look forward to working with the talented and skilled team at Transtronic.

“I believe our success as a company will come from our ability to embrace change, adapt to evolving markets and customer needs, and stay ahead of the curve regarding emerging trends and technologies.”

VP Electronics, Dacke Industri, Lars Åleby, said, “I’m confident that Fredrik will lead Transtronic into a phase of further growth, exploring new markets internationally and developing our offering beyond our customers’ expectations. I warmly welcome Fredrik as the CEO of Transtronic and look forward to the exciting journey ahead.”
