This footage is from way back, circa 2008-2009, just before D’banj released his The Entertainer album. The self-proclaimed Eja Nla paid a courtesy visit to the Oba of Lagos to seek his blessing on the upcoming release of his album.
As the footage will show, D’banj is a true African and son-of-the-soil, he also is a strict observer of cultural mores, although this is in contrast to some of the booty twerking ladies that occasionally strut by in his videos. Anyway who are we to judge?
