The Governor of Nasarawa state Al-Makura who was some time ago declared ‘missing’, did something amazing on Friday.
The governor, on a trip from Abuja to Lafia, met the victims in a pool of their own blood few kilometers after Gudi where he said his Friday prayers.
He wasted no time in directing one of the vehicles in his convoy to convey the victims to the Akwanga General Hospital for treatment and also promised to pay the bills.
The victims were: an aged woman, a young lady and three men. They had sustained various injuries and were in need of immediate care.
The governor assigned one of the vehicles in his convoy to hurry them to the hospital. He also made sure to have a senior government official follow them and ensure that they are given immediate medical attention and care.
