Nickelodeon have risked the ire of Nigerians with their show ‘Loud House’ which is set to become the first animated series to air an episode featuring a gay couple.

The last time such a thing came about it didn’t go down too well with Nigerians was the airing of the highly popular but short-lived show, ‘I Am Cait’.

It was taken off the air after a barrage of complaints by Nigerians who felt the show was morally compromising.

‘Loud House’ will feature a gay couple, Harold and Howard McBride who are biracial and will be voiced by Wayne Brady and Michael McDonald.

The show is generally about a boy with 10 sisters and his everyday challenges.
