The incident in question involved Ike, another contestant, who had deliberately thrown Ilebaye’s clothes into the bathroom, a move aimed at pushing her to obtain a third strike. Such a strike would have resulted in her immediate eviction from the show, causing a stir among the housemates and viewers alike.

However, the dynamics within the house took an unexpected twist when Ike, along with fellow contestants Prince, Lucy, and Seyi, were evicted from the show during a recent elimination round. It was after his eviction that Ike, in an interview with the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, made a startling revelation about his actions.

During the interview, Ike publicly admitted that, upon witnessing the reactions of viewers and fellow housemates to his actions, he realized that he had gone too far. He expressed remorse, saying, “I am sorry again to everyone about some of the boundaries that I crossed. When I saw people’s reaction to the clip being played back, I was like okay, I might have gone too far.

He concluded by stating that he publicly apologized both to the house and to Ilebaye for his actions.
