Cynthia Obi-Uchendu, the wife of Big Brother Naija reality show host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, recently addressed fans’ questions during a question-and-answer session on her eponymous podcast. The session covered various topics, including her marriage and personal life.
However, an inquisitive fan raised the question of whether Cynthia was contemplating a divorce from her husband, Ebuka. Visibly taken aback, Cynthia responded with a mix of disbelief and humor, questioning the fan’s motives and expressing her rejection of any notion of divorce.
“Why will you even ask such a question? I actually want to know your reason for asking. No, I’m not getting a divorce, and I will never get a divorce. That is a weird question. Are you wishing divorce on me? I reject you,” Cynthia emphatically stated during the podcast.
Cynthia further emphasized her naturally secure nature, stating that Ebuka’s profession as a television personality doesn’t make her feel insecure. She drew a parallel between his job and any other profession, highlighting that her confidence in herself contributes to a healthy perspective on their relationship.
The couple, who tied the knot in February 2016, shares two children.
