‘Jonathan did not talk to us for 3 weeks’ – Shettima speaks to CNN’s Amanpour (Watch)

Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima and a member of the opposition party, Sharon Ikeazor were on CNN’s Amanpour to discuss the abduction of the missing girls from Chibok.

Shettima called Boko Haram, “a bunch of raving lunatics”. He said government should negotiate with the terrorists and even “the devil” if necessary to free the missing girls.
