JUST IN: Sun Newspaper MD Eric Osagie Steps Down

Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief of Sun Newspaper, Mr. Eric Osagie has stepped down from his position.

Eric Osagie resigned his position following the expiration of his tenure, The Nation reported on Thursday.

Osagie, who was former Deputy Managing Director/Deputy Editor-in-Chief, was appointed to the position of Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief in 2015 after then occupant of the position, Mr. Femi Adesina, was appointed Special Adviser on Media and Publicity by President Muhammadu Buhari.
