The Supreme Court has dismissed appeal filed by the Allied People’s Movement (APM) challenging the election victory of President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.
A seven-member panel, headed by Justice John Okoro pronounced the dismissal of the appeal after the appellant’s lawyer, Chukwuma Majukwu Umeh applied to withdraw it.
