Award-winning Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw has taken a momentary break from social media.
In a tweet Wednesday morning, the social media advocate revealed that she took the decision following the demise of a “loved one”.
However, she did not disclose the identity of the deceased or if they were associates, friends or family.
Henshaw tweeted, “Life is a cycle… On the day you lose someone, you are also celebrating the birthday of a loved one.. Dealing with the sheer emotion takes a lot out of you.. Death hits…real hard!! Will take a break from the bird app today. God bless you all. May your day be good. IT IS WELL.”
The popular actress did not state when she would be back.
A quick check of her verified Instagram page, k8henshaw, showed she last posted a message one day ago.
A similar check of her Facebook page, Real Offiong Kate Henshaw, showed she last posted on September 5.
The Herald wishes her the fortitude to bear the loss.
