Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike says Nigerians should focus on results he can produce when elected president in 2023 rather than the way he looks or talks.
Wike, who is a 2023 presidential aspirant, stated this while addressing delegates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Owerri, Imo State.

Wike said, “Let me remove my eyeglass. Look, some people say they don’t like the way he’s talking. Leave the way I talk. It’s result.
“So, whether I’m talking like a gentleman or I’m not talking like a gentleman, please forget that. My face is rough, forget it.
“What is important, result! And I want to bring the result.
“It’s not each time, he’s shouting. Okay, sorry I’ve shouted.”
