Billionaire blogger, Linda Ikeji is not willing to be drawn into a war of words with crooner, Ayodeji Balogun popularly known as Wizkid.
It is now more than 24 hours after the Ojuelegba crooner, fired shots at the Millionaire blogger in response to a controversial report on her blog yet, she has remained mum over the report.
The genesis of their face-off between Nigeria’s number one blogger and the hottest singer in the country began when the former reported that the singer cancelled a show last minute without explanation. The blogger’s report was informed by a series of tweets by a user, @Tawatti accusing the singer of turning down a N8.9 million deal to perform in Adamawa State, one of the North Eastern states suffering from Boko Haram attacks.
In his response, Wizkid took the blogger to the cleaners for not doing the proper thing which is to confirm the report with him before going to the public.
He tweeted, “Even when u’re trying to be lowkey and keep it cool,they still try to spread false rumors. I love my fans in the north. Love to u and yours.
“I know this is all that’s feeding u and ur family but pls , let people with real talent and purpose live their life!
