Ibrahim Oniyide, 30, has been docked for allegedly stabbing his own mother to death.
The docking order was issued by the Magistrates’ Court sitting in Ebute Meta, Lagos, presided over by the Chief Magistrate, B.O Ope-Agbe.
The Chief Magistrate in his proceedings ordered Oniyide to be remanded at the Ikoyi Prisons pending the release of legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Oniyide whose plea was not taken by the Court is faced with a one count murder case.
