President Bola Tinubu’s decision to appoint his son-in-law, Oyetunde Oladimeji Ojo, as the new Managing Director/CEO of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) has set tongues wagging.

The appointment of the new FHA boss, who is married to Tinubu’s eldest daughter, Folashade, was announced in a Thursday statement signed by presidential spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale.

Ojo, a former member of the House of Representatives, holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, and has cognate work experience in the housing and hospitality industries, according to the presidential statement.

However, many Nigerians on social media, especially X, are accusing the president of nepotism.
