The judge’s decision aims to closely monitor Petty’s activities during this period. As part of the monitoring process, Petty may be required to wear an electronic GPS ankle bracelet, although this aspect has yet to be finalized.

The recorded videos, filled with expletives, were shared on social media on September 16 and featured Petty and two other individuals standing on a New York City sidewalk, repeatedly referencing Offset.
