Olusegun Obasanjo, former President has said that Nigeria needs divine intervention this time around.
He made this statement during the Carol of Nine Lessons held at the June 12 Cultural Centre, Kuto Abeokuta.
He said “The governor and I have agreed that all what Baba Adeboye said here tonight is what all of us have said. There is no more word, but you will assist me to sing this song. Nigeria needs something new, this time around. The song goes like this: ‘Do something new in my life and do something new in this country.”
Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) who delivered the Christmas message also added that God is the only way out of Nigeria’s predicament.
