Popular Instagram comedian and actor, Debo Adedayo aka Mc Macaroni says the Nigerian government delights in making the lives of citizens “miserable”.
MC Macaroni said this Thursday while reacting to the Federal Government’s plan to re-introduce toll gates on federal roads.
Under the recently approved Federal Roads and Bridges Tolling Policy and Regulations, tolling fees include “Cars: N200; SUVs: N300; Private Buses: N300; Commercial Buses: N150; Luxury Buses and Trucks: N500”.
The introduction of the new policies has continued to generate controversies across the country.
“This government is so committed to making the lives of Nigerians miserable.
“The roads are still bad, yet you want to resume tolling. Not even considering the hardship in the country.. the hours that will be spent in traffic, robbery etc… such a shame,” MC Macaroni said.
