Nigerian singer, Brymo, has accused Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy of intellectual property theft, claiming that Burna Boy’s songs “City Boys” and “I Told Them” sampled the title track from his upcoming album, “Macabre.”
Brymo expressed his frustration on his Instagram handle, suggesting that Burna Boy used the hook he sings on his album’s title track, “Macabre,” in Burna Boy’s songs. He referred to this as a “crime” and emphasized that it should lead to a jail term.
The singer also alluded to the possibility of legendary musicians returning to complain about stolen songs, warning that this situation could have serious repercussions.
