Nigerian music sensation Michael Adebayo Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger, has sparked a conversation with his recent comments regarding Nigerian women. In a candid interview with Beat FM, the ‘Bounce’ crooner expressed his views on the topic, asserting that while Nigeria has good women, he firmly believes they aren’t the best globally.

When probed about the country with the best women, Ruger tactfully refrained from directly naming a nation, perhaps to avoid potential backlash from Nigerians. He emphasized that anyone who has traveled outside Nigeria would likely agree with his assessment that Nigerian women aren’t superior in this regard.

He stated, “100% we don’t have the best women in the world. That is a fact. We don’t. It’s straightforward. No man that has been around will just say that. We don’t have the best. We have good women but we don’t have the best.

Expounding on his perspective, Ruger mentioned that he refrains from bringing women on stage during his performances in Nigeria. This decision stems from his experiences where Nigerians were quick to criticize him for featuring ladies on stage during shows in other countries.

He elaborated further, citing concerns about the local audience being judgmental and critical, especially when it comes to relationships. According to him, Nigerian girls are often in relationships yet tend to deny it, labeling them as less truthful compared to their counterparts in other places.
