Following her recent attack on Wizkid, calling him a deadbeat dad, Binta Diallo has leaked documents showing his child custody obligations.
Diallo is Wizkid’s second babymama and she recently took to social media to slam the ‘Soco’ singer also adding that the only reason she didn’t sue him was because his family asked that they settle out of court.
She said of the documents: “This is some of the agreements/settlements that was provided by both of our lawyers which was supposed to be resolved outside court by February 2018. I didn’t sue him or take the case to court because some of his family members begged not to and said that wiz himself want to settle everything with the lawyers without involving the courts because he didn’t want to get in trouble with immigration. So I listened and accepted that deal and gave him a chance to do the right thing. That was 7mths ago and since then his lawyers keep telling my lawyers that they have not been able to reach their client or his management team. #more receipts on the way”
The documents in question, show that Wizkid is liable to pay $2,000 in child support every month from February 2018. There was also a deal in place that the singer is also to reimburse Diallo for the upkeep of the child so far which amounted to the sum of $18,000.

Nigerians have reacted in typical fashion, bashing the singer for reportedly not paying up. Many of the commenters are on the side of the child rather than the parents. They believe that for the sake of the kid, the superstar should pay up and fulfill his role as the father of the child.

A user known as Tolexander said: “Can you now see your life lady? Instead of you to look for a responsible guy, who is ready, you were rushing a celeb. Since Wizzy claims being responsible for the paternity of the baby, why is he now shying away from the financial responsibility as the father.”

Another user, Tamarapetty said: “Wizkid for the sake of your kids, just send them money! And stop being a KID!! you’re rich na. Smh”
Some were on Wizkid’s side though and they slammed Diallo, calling her a leech who only wanted to suck money from the singer.

Another commenter Timil also followed the same path stating, “This same leeches who feed off men will come out claiming to be feminist. Nonsense! Awon weyrey gbogbo”
There also seemed to be the notion that feminism was somehow mixed in all of this and that if they were indeed feminists, babymamas would instead work for their money.

The singer himself has been pretty mum about the whole affair and instead is focused on dealing with his brand and selling out his Nike jersey in minutes!
It remains to be seen if any more drama comes from all this.
