Odumodublvck, a rising star in the Abuja rap scene, recently opened up about a harrowing experience that almost cost him his life. During an episode of Joeboy’s Body & Soul podcast, the talented rapper shared the story of his near-death encounter and how his life took a dramatic turn for the better shortly after.

In a candid revelation, Odumodublvck disclosed that he found himself hospitalized following a severe accident that necessitated major surgery. The accident left him with a staggering 16 stitches in his mouth, a painful reminder of the ordeal he had endured. However, despite the physical and emotional challenges he faced, fate had something extraordinary in store for him.

It was during this challenging period that a momentous event occurred in Odumodublvck’s life. Grammy-winning artist Wizkid, happened to stumble upon one of Odumodublvck’s songs titled “Picanto” and graciously shared it on his social media platform. Coincidentally, this significant endorsement happened to coincide with the day the rapper was discharged from the hospital.

Recalling the fateful morning, Odumodublvck spoke of waking up to a flurry of messages, one of which was from none other than Wizkid himself. Overwhelmed with gratitude, the young rapper couldn’t help but feel that his survival and subsequent encounter with Wizkid held a profound purpose.

To compound matters, the rapper had endured the discomfort of 16 stitches in his mouth, a constant reminder of the fragility of life. However, on the day he was discharged from the hospital, a glimmer of hope appeared.

In the early hours of that morning, Odumodublvck’s phone buzzed with a message that changed everything. It was a notification from Wizkid, known as “Machala,” indicating that the superstar had shared Odumodublvck’s song “Picanto” with his massive following. Overwhelmed with emotion, Odumodublvck immediately checked his Instagram and was flooded with messages informing him of Wizkid’s endorsement. This serendipitous event served as a powerful reminder from above, reassuring Odumodublvck that he was not alone and that his future held immense promise.

The young rapper reflected on this extraordinary turn of events, saying, “I woke up in the morning, I saw a message at 7 am, I saw Machala and I checked my Instagram, everybody was sending me that Wizkid posted ‘Picanto’. And that was like, the first thing that God used to tell me that, yo, I’m with you, everything that is going to be happening from here onwards, it’s going to be more than what eyes have seen, ears have heard.
