Legendary Nollywood actor, Olu Jacobs is hale and hearty, his wife and fellow thespian Joke Silva has said.
She stated this Tuesday to dispel the rumour that her husband of nearly 36 years has passed on.
In dispelling the rumour, Joke Silva said that its purveyors were saying “rubbish”.
“Don’t mind them, they’re just talking rubbish; don’t disturb your head.
“He is in the living room right now about to have Eba and Ogbono soup. Let them keep deceiving themselves. He is hale and hearty,” The Punch quoted the actress as saying.
The Herald can report that the couple that got wedded in the mid-eighties have two male children together.
In an Instagram post celebrating their 35 years of matrimony last year, Joke Silva wrote, “Totally forgot. 35 years together. Thank you, Lord. Here is to many more years. Happy wedding anniversary Omo boy @_olujacobs.”
